Returns & Refunds

Because our puppies are living beings and not products, we have a strict policy regarding returns to ensure their stability and safety.

All Sales Are Final

Once a puppy has been reserved or purchased, all monies paid are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for personal reasons (e.g., allergies, landlord disapproval, change of heart). Please make sure you are ready for the commitment of a puppy before purchasing.

Health Related Returns

In the rare event that a puppy is found to have a life-threatening genetic defect within the guarantee period (as confirmed by two independent veterinarians), we will:

  • Provide a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available.
  • Or, cover vet bills up to the purchase price of the puppy (at our discretion).

Rehoming Assistance

If you are unable to keep your puppy for any reason, please contact us. While we cannot offer a refund, we will happily assist you in rehoming the puppy to ensure they go to a safe and loving environment. We never want our puppies to end up in a shelter.
